To streamline problem resolution, FotolivroMania’s Exchange and Return Policy for Personalized Products complies with current legislation and aims to clarify and simplify the process.

All personalized products are individually crafted with great care by the FotolivroMania team. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, errors and issues may occur, and for this reason, FotolivroMania guarantees your purchase under this exchange and return policy.

CUSTOMER CHANGE OF MIND OR ERROR IN PERSONALIZATION

If a personalization error is due to a typo or any other mistake made by the customer in the personalization form, FotolivroMania cannot be held responsible. By nature, personalized products cannot be resold or reused and, therefore, cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect, a FotolivroMania error in personalization, or are damaged upon arrival.
If the customer wishes to exchange a product with their own personalization error, all shipping and replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility. The return request must be sent to contato@fotolivromania.com.br.

DAMAGE/DEFECT OR FOTOLIVROMANIA ERROR IN PERSONALIZATION

If, for any reason, there is an error in personalization, a manufacturing defect, or the product arrives damaged, FotolivroMania commits to promptly perform an exchange or refund. In such cases, all reshipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by the company, and the replacement will be carried out as quickly as possible.

The customer must comply with the following conditions:
– Once the product is ready for collection (maximum of 3 business days after the request), FotolivroMania will contact the shipping company to send an authorized driver to collect the product at the same address where it was delivered. The product must be properly packaged (you may use the same box it arrived in if it is in good condition) and include the attached invoice.
– The shipment of a new product will be made within 3 (three) business days after receiving the defective item. The replacement will be sent according to the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. For example, if the purchase was made via PAC, the replacement product will be sent via PAC; if Sedex was chosen, the replacement will be sent via Sedex.
